Evergreen Inn is a 1920's home renovated in 2019 with all new furnishings & situated along the Jackson River Scenic Trail, a former railroad line that ran from Covington to Hot Springs and transported milk from the Evergreen Dairy (building is still across the street) to The Homestead Resort.

Things To Do
Evergreen Inn is located steps from the Jackson River Scenic Trail for biking or walking. The trail winds along the Jackson River where you can fish, kayak or float in an inner tube. Rental is right across the street at Alleghany Outdoors. Flyfishing is also available at Escatawba Farms which is close by.

Common area has little traffic as all other apartments have private entrances but dining room and parlor can be blocked off at your request for $15/night.
Can be opened to be used with Apt 3 for your large group.
